I was not happy about my weigh in tonight though as i have put on a pound i put it down to that last week i weighed in on a morning club and had no breakfast before i went and in the evening you always weigh heveier even though i had lunch at 1 pm and my last drink was at3 pm so i am not too worried at the moment and its my first gain, so we shall see how we get on next week. I am not going to let this gain get me down and eat loads of fattening foods which i normally would of done. I have come home and ate a slimming world meal to keep on track .
this is so true i have given up so many times before and have gained more weight instead of keeping at it . From today i am going to keep a watch that i am not putting any extra into my mouth and write it all down as well as keeping you guys posted and lets get another weight loss for next week .
Here is what i have eaten today not alot at lunch but had a great dinner when i got home and was really looking forward to it as i was hungry tonight.
BREAKFAST ; weetabix cake had half of it 1.5 syns with a yoghurt and fruit .
this is a really filling breakfast and i can only eat half of it with some fruit and yoghurt its made with 2 weetabix b box and 3 scan bran 3 syns soaked in boiling water just to cover , let it soak then mash scan bran and add weetabix crumbled add 2 beaten eggs a splash of milk and some cinimon if wanted,mix, put in microwave for 4 mins i like it with the vanila muller yoghurt
LUNCH ;super speed soup very filling and superspeed helps you with your weight loss .
had a big bowl of this today to keep me going till later on tonight .
DINNER; qourn bolognaise with lots of superspeed veg in it and 40g low fat chedder cheese A box .
Strawberry quark mousse syn free with some fruit

i am hoping to have a good week and shift at least 2 pounds and do some more body magic as i am doing my silver award now , writing this blog and going to class and facebook keeps me focused and positive that i can do this .
