its friday (yay) here comes the weekend

Hello everyone , sorry i did not blog last night but was really tired and needed some rest so had a chilled out night and early to bed which i really needed .I had a good slimming world day and decided to have a green day again and really enjoyed it had porridge a qourn mince and veg pasta and dinner was a linda mc cartney burger wedges and beans really filling checked facebook then fell asleep. That was thursday and
I am so glad and i have a days holiday today to go and pick my daughter up from the airport , could not wait as i have missed her . To start the day off i decided to have  a extra easy day and had weetabix and a banana for my breakfast ;
After breakfast cleared up house and had coffee then set of to the airport , traffic was really busy .
Go t airport picked up the kids and hugs all round , kids decided was hungry so we stopped off at mc donalds  gatwick ,  hm was that a good idea for me .i had a coffee and decided to have a cheese burger as i was hungry and we had the journey home yet .
Got home and looked up the damage 15 syns so not bad as thats my syn allowence but i am counting my syns a differant way this week i am allowing myself 70 syns for the week and counting down and going to see how it goes , Once we was in and sorted out the washing and listened to my daughter tell me about her trip she was getting hungry decided to make a chilli and rice with superspeed veg in it all free food .
I put some cooked spinich on mine for some extra speed food . I decided to have a pudding tonight which was really yummy
its a snack a jack chocolate one 3 syns fromage frais (free) white choc options 2 syns mikado 2 syns really filled me up and cured my sweet craving .

And that comes to my sw style day even had a burger and was in my weekly syn allowence and as long as i dont go over my syns the weekend i should be ok i really would like a loss this week .
