On track and raring to go

Hi everyone , another cold day and its has been trying to snow again down here , this weather has made me feel miserable i was hoping it would start to get a bit warmer and spring would come . I cant get out and do my walking as much as i would like too and i am always feeling cold and cant get warm ,at work today we tried to stay indoors as much as we could and not do to many jobs outside i was glad to have my breaks today so i could warm up . I decided this morning to have a green day thats when you eat pasta ,lentils ,potatoes mixed pulses and have to weigh out meat and cheese cereal, on your a and b box  your aloud 2 of each a and b so this morning i had my day planned as i had to take a lunch into work . My day started off like this ;
My left over weetabix cake from yesterday as i could not eat whole lot with fruit and yoghurt 1.5 SYNS
Ate this then i prepared my lunch to take with me as well as trying to do a quick tidy up before i left for work .Prepared a savory rice and added stir fry veg tomatoes and smoked tofu . really enjoyed it and it did fill me up till about 4 pm when i finished work .

After work really wanted to just come home and chill but had to go to town as yesterday i forgot to get my niece  birthday card and had to go and get one or it would be late , so rushed into town got the cards and went to have a coffee in prets i love prets as there coffee is nice and not that exspencive was feeling a bit pekish so decided to have a fruit salad lots of super speed mango kiwi and melon had this with my hi fi bar to keep me going till dinner .
On way back home nipped into pound shop to see what they had in and i am glad i did as they had this on offer
got 2 packs thinking they were a pound each she charged me a pound for 2 packets so of i went to get some more packs as the are only 0.5 syn a stick and worth having in for a choc fix that is low syn . After that caught the bus home having a break from body magic today .
Home thank goodness and dinner on this is what i reall y fancied and it went down a treat .

A BOX ; 40G low fat cheeder
A BOX ;57g low low cheese spread

BBOX ;2 Weetabix
BBOX;30g ryvita minis salt vinegar

FREE FOOD ; savory rice  mash potato l m sausages smoked tofu

SUPERFREE FOOD ; tomatoes stir fry veg  mango kiwi melon

SYNS; scan bran 1.5 syns  milk 2 syns hifilight 3 syns  laughing cow light blue cheese 2 syns ; TOTAL;8. 5


Not a bad day for a green day and enjoyed it today so might have another one tomorrow .im going to try and mix things up a bit and see what happens do a few green days and extra easy and might do red as well .instead of doing extra east all the time .
