A great big bag of spinich i use this for adding to rice or my quiche or on a salad raw a bag of salad i am not keen on lettece much a bag of okra not sure what im going to do with this at moment , a bag of soup mix and butternut squash cut up i was feeling lazy and its to add to the soup , a mustard cress for salad all freee food .
Mixed melon and grapes , oranges and lemon and limes to put into water as i dont drink enough of it and thought this would make it taste better . strawberries all this again is free and speed food apart from the ski mousse coconut and chocolate swirl , i worked it out at 5 syns but if you buy please check as i am not always right i just had one and it taste like a bounty very morish indeed .
Stir fry veg i am going to make the spring rolls with this there made with lasagne sheets look really nice , frozon sweet potato a good standby , lean bacon medalions and extra lean mince all free food .
a pack of frozon mixed berries and raspberries , low low cheese 40 g healthy b box ,warburtons thins 5 syns i love these as they are so soft and they are good for pizza too cheese snack a jacks 2 syns each really filling,ghonoci cant find syns for this yet will go online . i did buy a very large pack of eggs 30 as i do use alot for quiche and scan bran cake and magic pancakes so i do use alot of eggs , Well shoping done and put away i hope all that are knew here it gives you some idea , so at that onto my day it was a lazy day really just on face book and general house work and a walk to town and had coffee that was not my plan but when i went out i was planning on boat down the river and a walk back but it had turned quite cold and i had no jacket so a walk to town was the next best thing , at least i stretched my legs . on to food again i had a really healthy day and i have not even touched my healthy a box or b box today , i dont feel hungry at all and have not needed them so will not force my self to have them , on to breakfast then
A nice bowl of melon , strawberries , grapes and banana and peach with a low fat yoghurt also a black coffee really did fill me up i am surprised how a bowl full of fruit can keep you going , as i had planned to go for a walk but it did not end up the long one i had lunch before i went out ,
Low fat chilli super noodles with potato x3 tomatoes and courgette slices of chicken breast all free food and set me up for the after noon , dinner tonight was not planned and i had my daughters friends round and kichen was full they were cooking omelletes and i was trying to decide a easy dinner so i could get out the way , so i opted for qourn sausages the free ones they have out , instant mash and cauli and broccli some gravy .
Well thats been my day and a long blog tonight i will leave you all with my syns tonight as your allowed 10 to 15 a day i try to keep mine to 10 or under for now .
