IHAVE SO LOST THE WILL

Yes i have made it to friday but to be honest i am not really feeling it today i am not sure what it is but i am starting to think shall i stick with slimming world and keep at it or shall i just cut down on my food and see what happens , yet the other day i felt in control and thought ok i am slow at loosing this weight but hey im loosing it so just keep at it so what if it takes a while your doing good so how can i go from one extreme to the other i dont know . I am wandering if its because i am writing it down and blogging to and dont get me wrong i love blogging and taking pics but i think writing it down as well and keep thinking about it  is it controling my life ,also i seem to be doing alot of shopping for fruit and salad stuff its costing me a fortune and its not a good thing ,i think over the weekend i am going to have a lot of thought and come up with some solutions i hope as i want to carry on with the weight loss but just feel like i have lost the will today . And today here comes what i have eaten and also what i made and ate the other day 
shredded wheat and berries black coffee 
vegetable cous cous and pea and mint soup home made 

qourn bolognaise and pasta  40 g low fat cheese 
Not a bad day considering the low mood i am in really my snacks today was a glass of wine 6 syns and a choc snack a jack 3 syns with choc philli 1 tbsp  2 syns  1 tsp lf spread 2 syns 

my scan bran ginger cake with white choc options and quark 4 syns for the whole cake and the 5 scan bran your b box if you have it like this you have to have it in one day i usually have half for breakfast with some fruit and other bit for pudding at night it is really filling so i find i dont need much in the day if i have this .
well thats my day of food and i hope i can shake this feeling off and get motivated my total weight loss is 19 pounds so be great to get the other pound of by tuesday and then i have another 15 pounds to go and i will see if i want to loose a bit more after that but thats the target  i set out to do  , well i will say goodnight and see you tommorow x
