OBSESSION OR NOT

My blog tonight is about diet and living a healthy lifestyle and how i am feeling about it at the moment.
i have not been on the sw bus totally this week but whilst i have not i have been thinking is this what i have to do everyday to loose weight is write down on paper everything i eat and also watch my syns , when i go out its so hard trying to find a healthy place to eat , i end up just having a tub of fruit and still feel hungry till i get home , if i eat a cake i feel guilty and have to go on a long walk  to try and counter act it  , i have weighed myself every day this week yes i know this is not good and that is obsessive , i write down what i eat as well as my blogs and its taking its toll , i love slimming world and there plan  but i dont want to write it down day in day out i dont think that is healthy either if this is a lifestyle plan  i need to change what i eat and the portions  size stop eating  chocolate etc and use it as a treat i think thats the way to go ,lets face it i dont want to be writing what i eat in a years time , im going to stick with slimming world principles and eat healthy blog what i have done and weigh in and hope it works i know the plan well enough and have my books if i get stuck at all i dont want to become obsessed over food and what to eat when i go out .so now i have told you all how i have been feeling i will get on with what ive eaten today i hope some of you may understand how i am feeling what i have written

homemade chicken biriani salad and pompodom  ,
one homemade trifle , jelly sponge fingers fruit and  quark white chocolate options mixed in 
not a bad day food wise today i have weigh in tomorrow if i can go due to work hope i dont have a gain and either stay the same  or a loss would be better
