to be honest with you all i was in two minds if i should go or not as you all know i am not really feeling it at the moment , in the end i decided to go as it was my morning class andi really enjoy it there and knew if i did not go i would carry on in my rut , anyway i got weighed and i put on half a pound not bad considering the week i had , i spoke to the consultant and will see her in 3 weeks time and will decide what i am going to do then as in go to target and still go to class each week she said thats so important and i think that is for me to get support ,So got home and got back to it my healthy eating and started to plan my day .
Breakfast ;
Half a bowl of porridge and a coffee
Lunch;
warburtons slices 5 syns beetroot ,toms cucumber onion , savory rice , waffle crisp 4 syns and count on us yoghurt free fizzy water and low cal orange
Dinner ;
gammon and chicken ,savory rice , pasta and veg in tomatoes , beetroot , potato salad made with fromage frais ,rocket and spinich
quite a good day i think today and not to many syns on junk food i have to plan really well tomorrow as i have a late shift as a event going on so will have to take dinner to work as will be to late to eat when i get in , i hope i will be able to blog or at least put pics of what ive eaten , Well thats me for tonight and hope everyone has had a good day x
