Porridge pancakes healthy extra b box and a free food banana and summer fruits 1 tbsp golden syrup 2 syns
Lunch was left over pasta pie salad and hoops potato was really hungry when i got in so this went down really well then went to town had a large americano and linzer biscuit 12 syns
went down really well think i needed a sugar hit been wanting somthing sweet for a while , I did not need dinner till later on think i must of had it about 7; 45 thats late for me
qourn bolognaise and low fat cheese i think a bit more than 40g but was not really counting syns in the end i think with my wine it was about 20 syns in total so 5 over , Friday over with and saturday here i had a early start to go to training centre and managed to get bus there they had some bed bases they did not want and my daughter broke hers so i was truly blessed this morning with going up there , i walked back as its being picked up monday and it was a long walk back to town abut did me good a 3 mile walk if not more i would say , this morning before i set off i ate
2 Hifi bars and a coffee once i had walked back did some shopping went to prets as lunch everywhere else was packed i had coffee and minestrone soup and a roll . set me up for afternoon got in had a rest then been on pc all afternoon catching up on fb groups dinner was a cottage pie i made forgot to take pic was not that exciting really so thats me for tonight im off to chill out with a cuppa and plan sunday as weigh in on monday oh noooooooooo x
