A VERY GREEN SLIMMING WORLD DAY

HI EVERYONE , IM BACK ON PLAN AND HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE THE GREEN DAYS OUT OF THE SLIMMING WORLD BOOK AND SEE HOW I GET ON ,SO HERE IS WHAT I DECIDED TO EAT ON WEDNESDAY AND I DID ENJOY THE PLAN 
WEETABIX CAKE ,MIXED BERRIES ,BANANA STRAWBERRIES ,  MULLER LIGHT YOG  NO SYNS SO FAR AS WEETABIX CAKE MADE WITH WEETABIX 2 EGGS AND SWEETNER  MICROWAVE  FOR 4 MINS 
BACON AND TOMATO PASTA WITH SPINICH AND QOURN BACON  , CHECKED BOOK AND QOURN BACON FREE SO ANOTHER SYN FREE MEAL 
QOURN MINCE AND CHICKPEA CURRY WITH HALF CUP OF DRY MESURED COUS COUS  AND VEG ALL FREE OF SYNS AGAIN 
MERUINGE 2.5 SYNS MULLER LIGHT YOGHURT AND BERRIES 
TOTAL SYNS FOR TODAY 2.5  A GOOD SLIMMING WORLD DAY HOPE I CAN KEEP THIS UP , A SHORT BLOG TONIGHT AS I HAVE LOADS OF THINGS TO DO BEFORE WEEKEND  HOPE I CAN GIVE YOU ANOTHER GOOD SLIMMING WORLD DAY TOMORROW AND ON TUESDAY WE WILL SEE A GOOD RESULT ON THE SCALES  IM  WEIGH IN ON TUESDAY AS IM LATE SHIFTS AGAIN  X

  2. i did not need them that day i was to full my slimming world consultant says she does not eat hers all the time i do have them most days x
