Hi everyone , well it was weigh in day on tuesday and i did not write in as i had a meal out with my kids was going to go nearer to the weekend but as i stayed the same this week i wanted to go last night and have it out theway so i can concentrate o having a good week . It seems to be happening every other week that i am staying the same one week i will loose next week i stay the same it is getting frustrating , i went to the morning group as im on hols and its such a great group and really helpful on advice , the consultant even asked me to fill in a sheet what i ate and give it to her so she can see if i am doing anything wrong ,as i can go next week as i am on late shift , i am looking forward to going and its taster week and all the girls have asked me to bring something in . On today i decided to have a really lazy chill out day today and stayed at home and watched telly and genrally chilled out i needed it . planned my weeks food and hopfully stick to it and get a good result next week . Here is my breakfast this morning
2 magic muffins had on a B box with a coconut mullergreek yoghurt , kiwi , strawberries , and melon black coffee . After all that sitting about today and on pc i thought i better get my lunch in ,or the kids be home wanting there dinner and i wont want to sit and eat with them .
Lunch today was a homemade morocon veg soup and 2 scan bran with extra light philli on the with a gherkin and tomato and cucumber plenty of super free the philly is a small pot and 1.5 syns Dinner tonight was early because daughter had to go out so thought do it at 5 30 then i could perhaps go for a walk this evening as the weather is good
Pork chops mashed sweetpotato using fromage frais and pepper ,carrots ,cauli , broccli and cabbage in centre of plate is sliced apple .This is my new plate so i can fill one side with loads of superfree food will have to see how i get on with it . Ithink i have had a good day today and only had 6 . 5 syns i have forgot to show you my snack for today .
a caramel snack a jack 2.5 syns and a nice vanilla coffee which is free and makes a nice change . so thats my day and i feel motivated so motivated i am just about to get my trainers on and go for a long walk i hope the week carries on like this as im on a roll i want some weight of next week summer is coming and i need some summer clothes and dont want to buy any just yet . I am going to leave you with my find tonight and cant wait to try in the week i am going to make a pizza and at only 6 syns a wrap thats good to go with slimming world chips who says you cant have pizza and chips on a diet .One more thing i must share ihave loads of veg left and potato so in morning i am going to have this as bubble and squeak with linda mc cartney sausages and poached egg , roll on brekkie i say lol/
I was getting so carried away with my brekkie i nearly forgot to post you all my find well im off for my walk now so see you all tomorrow x
