A well planned day (quick blog tonight )

A great start to the day and i had planned everything after reading my slimming world books and i am going to do the red and green days this week , so this morning i started of with melon which is a super speed food and black coffee . I had not done much this morning just had a lazy one and getting reaady for work so not much to report really . Started to get tea ready for when i get in tonight so it wont be a rush ,
LUNCH ; cous cous and vegatables ,tomatoes and 2 qourn fillets

had  this for my pudding at lunch and they are my favourate  really creamy and for no syns really good to have feel like you have indulged .
Dinner ; leek and potato and low low cheese with a hint of chilly bake , thats a mouthful isnt it  i am glad i put this all together and really enjoyed it and i have plenty left for a lunch in the week , i have a picture of it before i cut into it ,
Well everyone that was my day today not a very interesting one but at least i was on plan and my day tomorrow is all planned as well a red day , a very short blog tonight as its late and i really need to getsome sleep so i shall leave you all with my healthy extra and syns ,
