Hi everyone , i hope your enjoying the great weather we have over the bank holiday its been really nice to get the sunshine . Well i woke up this morning and i am really not feeling it at all ,i dont know if i am just going through a little phase but i am struggling on writing down all my food and finding differant things to eat to keep me going and keep on track even my walking seems to be a effort , im ok once i get going but its the thought of doing it , i did manage to walk 8 miles today and i did enjoy it once i got going but feet were killing me a few miles in , i put the bloomin wrong trainers on , i kept going had one or two stops carried on up the tow path and just missed the boat at bridge if no one there it wont stop and i had to get across bridge to otherside so could not make it , was not happy and had to walk 2 mile to town i could not feel my feet, As i was walking i was thinking about how to solve my little blip i have and i think that i just have to eat healthy and cut portions down and just watch my syns and keep them for something i really enjoy instead of having them on the things that i dont really need and most of all just eat when i am hungry and not because its breakfast dinner or tea at set times .
On to my food today i had toast and marg and marmite this morning and for lunch rice and veg and prawns .

The rice was left over from yesterday so i used it up today all free food on plate .Dinner tonight i thought i would have a bolognaise and pasta and vegetables .
All free food again on plate bolognaise was made with lean mince and tomatoes garlic basil , mushrooms with the pasta i had cherry tomatoes and broccli ,mangetout .While making dinner i decided to make these to try i found them on one of my group files and they are cinamon swirls makes 15 at 1 syn each would be great for a picnic or bbq and im sure you could make the into sausage swirls if you got the low syn sausages .
Thats my blog for tonight and i have to get my motivated head on as i have to loose this weight for the summer and i will do it this year i am not going to have another year and failed and felt awful in my summer clothes , i exspect i will have another walk if weather is nice tomorrow so its going to be a
