HI EVERYONE HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING OK . I HAVE NOT BLOGGED FOR A WHILE AS NOT BEEN FEELING TO WELL AND HAD TO VISIT THE DOCTOR AND HE IS DOING MORE TEST ,HAVE BEEN IN A LOT OF PAIN AGAIN AND VERY TIRED NO ENERGY SO I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REST WELL THE BEST I CAN ANYWAY ,
Also this week i had my slimming world club did not stay it was taster night and i completly forgot and dont think i could of sat there for long anyway the way i was feeling so i hoped on the
and to my surprise i had lost 2 pounds so really chuffed this week thats 1 stone and 6 pounds lost i am getting there slowly but surley another 12 pounds to go then i make my decision if i am happy or not with my body and if i want to stay at that weight or loose a bit more . Here are my weight loss jars that keep me going ,
so as you can see not many stones left to put in my jar and the pound lost one nearly full .
Well since i have not been well again i have not really been on slimming world as i have not felt like eating much the other day i did have some scan bran cake and some chicken and veg rice . my friend made me a great lunch sw quiche and salad and a chilli beetroot and we also had a walk with the dog round the park .
Today i just had a quiche at work ,
And i have been drinking loads of water and squash to flush my kidneys out as i dont drink enough really only to much tea and coffee
I did manage to eat dinner tonight and a pudding so i hope im getting back to normal i did enjoy it as we have not had a roast for months
roast pork ,peas , broccli ,potatoes ,sweetcorn , yorkshire pudding , gravy and mint sauce ,
strawberries and quark with white choc options mixed in .
Thats my day today just been trying to rest and some sleep as very tired ,so after work tomorrow will be more rest till we know whats going on with the doctors and hope he can give me some answers as this has gone on 2 year now and im having more bad days of it , never mind i be positive and continue to loose weight and eat healthy and change my life style and im sure it will all come together .

friday funeral and porridge pancakes
Hi everyone did not post friday as i had a funerel to go to so did not really feel like blogging as im sure you can all understand , Even though i had stayed on plan most of the day i ended up in costacoffee and had a linzer biscuit 12 syns ok ok i did not go over my syns at that point and to be honest with you all it was not a day to be worrying about slimming world now was it , the service was really nice and a good turn out , all afternoon i felt deflated i think thats the word well i was not my self of course , in the evening i had a good glass of wine much needed then settled down to watch some telly then bed , although could not sleep so ended getting out of bed and doing house work , bleaching floors and polish and vacumed stairs cleaned shower and sink must of been mad at that time in the morning at least it was all done for saturday just washing to hang out . And i had to be up early on saturday too , Here is my food what i ate on friday not too bad considering
Porridge pancakes healthy extra b box and a free food banana and summer fruits 1 tbsp golden syrup 2 syns
Lunch was left over pasta pie salad and hoops potato was really hungry when i got in so this went down really well then went to town had a large americano and linzer biscuit 12 syns
went down really well think i needed a sugar hit been wanting somthing sweet for a while , I did not need dinner till later on think i must of had it about 7; 45 thats late for me
qourn bolognaise and low fat cheese i think a bit more than 40g but was not really counting syns in the end i think with my wine it was about 20 syns in total so 5 over , Friday over with and saturday here i had a early start to go to training centre and managed to get bus there they had some bed bases they did not want and my daughter broke hers so i was truly blessed this morning with going up there , i walked back as its being picked up monday and it was a long walk back to town abut did me good a 3 mile walk if not more i would say , this morning before i set off i ate
2 Hifi bars and a coffee once i had walked back did some shopping went to prets as lunch everywhere else was packed i had coffee and minestrone soup and a roll . set me up for afternoon got in had a rest then been on pc all afternoon catching up on fb groups dinner was a cottage pie i made forgot to take pic was not that exciting really so thats me for tonight im off to chill out with a cuppa and plan sunday as weigh in on monday oh noooooooooo x

SHOPPING HAUL AND ON TRACK
HI Everyone a very hot and humid day today with 2 showers that did not make the air any better but at least its cooled a bit tonight . This morning before work i set of to lidil as i had a leaflet threw the door and some great offers that would keep me on plan and worth getting .
mug shots on offer and a free food on sw so well worth getting so i stocked up on a few of these , beetroot and tomatoes ,2 cucumbers all on offer and the frozon fruit large bags also on a good offer so i have a massive bowl of fruit toeat with breakfast and to have as pud with something .
Butterbeans a free food and i love these in a stew or extra beans in a chilli , banana,s i go through alot of these a week and the bread your aloud 1 slice of this on a b box , im sure i read this in the magazine qoute me if i wrong so that was my bargin shop today and i am quite pleased with it , well after all that and a coffee in town had to get back and ready for work a quick tidy up then lunch and of i went it was quite early evening everyone had gone home early after last night event so i got on with what i had to do until it was time to go , then back home to do the dinner . here is my sw plan for today

warburtons slice 5 syns with ham and crisp 3.5 syns tomato and onion , cucumber , muller banana and custard yoghurt and banana felt like i was eating banana and custard yum yum really enjoyed lunch today
Coffee break i had a mug shot as i was feeling a bit peckish and knew i would not last til 7 pm tonight and did not want to raid biscuit barrel at work
Pasta pie a fave in our house , some instant mash , hoops , beetroot , toms and cucumber a bit of a mixture i know but really nice and the whole lot was free , this is a pic of the pasta pie before cut up and i have plenty left for lunch and family to eat
I had a pudding tonight i had fruit and a sweet omellette but it did not turn out quite right i think its because someone got me fresh hen eggs and it would not set properly turned out like sweet scrambled egg really ,never mind i ate it and had it with fromaige frais . this was all free food again so had a good slimming world day , i hope anyone who reads this has had a good sw day or a good healthy eating day on what ever plan your doing as i know some days it can be difficult with things that go on all around us and there are days that we all struggle were only human after all , have a good friday everyone and be her tomorrow here is my pud before i go lol

im in the zone
Hi everyone i hope you all enjoyed the sun today and it was so hot and humid wasnt it , i was dreaming of being on the beach but instead i had to go to work
i could of quite easily walk down the road and got on train to the seaside well dream on and work here i come , had loads of body magic today as there was a event on so carring loads of chairs 300 to be exact , tables to be put out , windows to close and flights of stairs walking up and down ,so i am worn out tonight , i had a good sw day today eating wise but thought i had mucked it up once i had eaten as i had made scan bran cake and the had toast for lunch but got round it i just syned by cake mmmm got out of that one lucky i had no syns at time . this is my scan bran beetroot and choc cake
i had this for my breakfast with fruit and the other half later at work
this is really easy to make and very filling i will put recipe down below if anyone wants to try it , Lunch today was a rush today as i did not realise what the time was and it was nearly time to go to work so i came up with this
Toast ,scrambled egg and spaggheti hoops really enjoyed it did not have time to add extra veg on it but had fruit today
Dinner at work tonight as was really late home

SCAN BRAN CHOCOLATE BEETROOT CAKE HEALTHY B BOX AND 4 SYNS OR 9 SYNS WHOLE CAKE
soak 5 scan bran in hot water just to cover once soft mash add 1 tbsp golden syrup 2 syns and a choc option 2 syns add 2 whisked eggs and 5 tbsp sweetner and 2 cooked grated beetroot mix well put in microwave container for 7 mins once cool put topping on fromage frais and vanilla essence ,

weigh in day has arrived again
hi everyone and its that time of the week again yes its
to be honest with you all i was in two minds if i should go or not as you all know i am not really feeling it at the moment , in the end i decided to go as it was my morning class andi really enjoy it there and knew if i did not go i would carry on in my rut , anyway i got weighed and i put on half a pound not bad considering the week i had , i spoke to the consultant and will see her in 3 weeks time and will decide what i am going to do then as in go to target and still go to class each week she said thats so important and i think that is for me to get support ,So got home and got back to it my healthy eating and started to plan my day .
Breakfast ;
Half a bowl of porridge and a coffee
Lunch;
warburtons slices 5 syns beetroot ,toms cucumber onion , savory rice , waffle crisp 4 syns and count on us yoghurt free fizzy water and low cal orange
Dinner ;
gammon and chicken ,savory rice , pasta and veg in tomatoes , beetroot , potato salad made with fromage frais ,rocket and spinich
quite a good day i think today and not to many syns on junk food i have to plan really well tomorrow as i have a late shift as a event going on so will have to take dinner to work as will be to late to eat when i get in , i hope i will be able to blog or at least put pics of what ive eaten , Well thats me for tonight and hope everyone has had a good day x

OBSESSION OR NOT
My blog tonight is about diet and living a healthy lifestyle and how i am feeling about it at the moment.
i have not been on the sw bus totally this week but whilst i have not i have been thinking is this what i have to do everyday to loose weight is write down on paper everything i eat and also watch my syns , when i go out its so hard trying to find a healthy place to eat , i end up just having a tub of fruit and still feel hungry till i get home , if i eat a cake i feel guilty and have to go on a long walk to try and counter act it , i have weighed myself every day this week yes i know this is not good and that is obsessive , i write down what i eat as well as my blogs and its taking its toll , i love slimming world and there plan but i dont want to write it down day in day out i dont think that is healthy either if this is a lifestyle plan i need to change what i eat and the portions size stop eating chocolate etc and use it as a treat i think thats the way to go ,lets face it i dont want to be writing what i eat in a years time , im going to stick with slimming world principles and eat healthy blog what i have done and weigh in and hope it works i know the plan well enough and have my books if i get stuck at all i dont want to become obsessed over food and what to eat when i go out .so now i have told you all how i have been feeling i will get on with what ive eaten today i hope some of you may understand how i am feeling what i have written

Weigh in day monday
Hi everyone , i decided to go to monday weigh in as there is one at 5.30 and it suits me better to go to this one its the same leader as the tuesday . So i went tonight thinking i would of put on as i have been struggling in the week and also had a curry buffet on saturday night and a few glasses of wine , well on the scales i stood and a half pound loss so i was pleased considering i dont know how i pulled that one off really ,and that leaves me with 2 .1/2 pound to loose to get my 1 1/2 stone loss . Now as i have lost my motivation not sure if this will happen , i did speak to my consultant as to wether or not to set my target at moment till i get my mo jo back , The reason why i have not felt like doing it is the exspence , eating healthy is costly i explained this to her and she said to try and do red and green days as i dont need to eat as much super free so this week i will give it ago .
lunch today before weigh in was vegetable cous cous and a load of fruit melon and mango grapes
i have started to enjoy fruit with savoury food its really nice if you have not tried it i urge you to do so you will be surprised after this and a drink of coffee i did not have anything till weigh in by time i got there i was gettiing hungry dont know how i lasted really till 7. 30 . when i did weigh in on a tuesday , so i was looking forward to my dinner when i got home .
chicken breast wrapped in bacon , potato salad made with quark and 2 tablespoons light mayo , beetroot, tomato ,onions and cucumber , savoury rice .really enjoyed it .
so that was my day oh not forgetting my syns 4 cheese snack a jacks 8 syns and low low cheese spread on my a box a extra easy day today . Now im off to plan my green days for the week and here is hoping to get motivated and loose that 2 . 1/2 pounds bring it on x

IHAVE SO LOST THE WILL
Yes i have made it to friday but to be honest i am not really feeling it today i am not sure what it is but i am starting to think shall i stick with slimming world and keep at it or shall i just cut down on my food and see what happens , yet the other day i felt in control and thought ok i am slow at loosing this weight but hey im loosing it so just keep at it so what if it takes a while your doing good so how can i go from one extreme to the other i dont know . I am wandering if its because i am writing it down and blogging to and dont get me wrong i love blogging and taking pics but i think writing it down as well and keep thinking about it is it controling my life ,also i seem to be doing alot of shopping for fruit and salad stuff its costing me a fortune and its not a good thing ,i think over the weekend i am going to have a lot of thought and come up with some solutions i hope as i want to carry on with the weight loss but just feel like i have lost the will today . And today here comes what i have eaten and also what i made and ate the other day

well thats my day of food and i hope i can shake this feeling off and get motivated my total weight loss is 19 pounds so be great to get the other pound of by tuesday and then i have another 15 pounds to go and i will see if i want to loose a bit more after that but thats the target i set out to do , well i will say goodnight and see you tommorow x

Weigh in day all is good
hi everyone, the sun is out again and a really nice day and also a nice early morning for me up at 5 am and had my breakfast at home instead of work as i was going to weigh in this morning .
2 weetabix lacto free skimmed milk and some berries a black coffee hope this will keep me going till about 11am , had a small coffee at work as well, finished work and walked to sw club i really like going to the morning session as they are all a great bunch and get you motivated i can only get to it every 3 weeks cause of my shifts , i was the last one to weigh and did not have time to go to the toilet as i always like to do before i get weighed any way the result is i lost 1 .5 pounds pleased with the loss as i now have 3 pounds to loose to get my 1 1/2 stone loss so i am hoping to loose that this week , i have not had a treat day today and i have kept to plan as i really want to get this now . In class today we had these toys thrown at us a lamb or a chicken a pig and when she anounce are weight loss and what sort of week we had we had to tell her a meal from what toy we had it was quite good as we all got some good recipes from everyone and loads ended up on the floor too . Whilst there i had a coffee and it was so needed and a banana as it was 11,30 and i was flagging . I also won the raffle this week and was pleased i won pasta and tuna , there was paviola and squirty creme as well and a fruit basket these went all before my ticket . Anyway on to lunch i went to eden as i know they are quite slimming world freindly i ordered qourn bolognaise and asked for no garlic bread but extra salad all this was free food and they gave me quite a big portion
When home from town i decided to have a small rest then do some cooking and i made all this .
Pasta quiche with tomatoes and spinich in it and peppers my decided she wanted some for her tea with salad
A big pot of beef bougiane and were having some tonight with rice and salad smells divine and free food on plan again. I also thought i would try out these as they have been posted on fb page on my groups and really easy to make
Lasagne spring rolls ,cooked lasagne sheets filled with stir fry veg and soy sauce baked in the oven till nearly crispy , daughter really liked these as well and free on plan again .
my salad to go with dinner , i thought i took a picture of dinner but cant find it but it was the beef with salad and rice very filling .i was just trying to think if i had any syns today as i have not written it down today and the only thing i can think off is a cheese snack a jack at 2 syns so a really good slimming world day . Hope tomorrow i will do a look in my cupboards for you to see what other food i have to give you ideas . i say good night and have a good day on tomorrow
