Weigh in day small success

Hi everyone well yesit was the dreaded weigh in day today so i got up stripped of and on the scales and a 1 1/2 pound loss Im happy with this really as i did muck about this week with plan and it is difficult with my illness to plan the meals at moment because it all depends on the day how i feel and what i can manage  ,. i have to plan more with my meals and have a day when i feel good maybe do some cooking , To day i had brunch  as was up late
all free food and toast was my b box sauce i syned kept me going till late afternoon  went to costa had a soya lattee out of my milk allowence and a banana  ,did not give in to the cake  yay got home though and was really hungry so started on tea even though my energy had worn right down  could not ask daughter tohelp as she has a bug ,so a very tearful person sat on a stool and cracked on with tea  , for some reason when battery has ran low it affects all my body and emotions i have to get use to this pacing and listen to my body , thi was tea a chicken and spinich curry with rice .
Had a hundred percent on slimming world today hope it continues all week and i can loose a bit more for next week  even if i get to ten pounds by xmas i will be happy . i have a bonfire night on thurs so looking forward to that will have to be careful on the nibbles going to rest tomorrow and thursday  day so i can enjoy it  ,i have to pace pace pace and plan plan plan  , hope you all have a good week and will blog soon x

This is not easy this time around ,i will plod on

Hi everyone , i have not been on here for a couple of days as not felt good to write , i have been to the hospital 2 days running again and it does affect me physicaly and mental fatige as well  i had to see specialist again and have mri scan , she does think i have ME and Fibromyaliga  but we have to wait for scans till she can say definate , but in mean time i have to pace myself . Well friday i was exhausted body did not want to know so we ended up having 
Not so slimming world is it  but i did enjoy it ,sometimes its easier to get a takeaway when i have my very bad days  and older daughter is not in to supervise with cooking , im learning though to rest and sit and prepare  . Unfortunatly it did mot stop there  i had the munchies , later on i had this

Oh my word what was i thinking and to be honest with you my stomoch felt really bloated and yuk for ages So today i thought thats it girl back on plan , it may be slower coming off because im ill and cant exercise so im not burning the calories  i have to eat healthy and becareful  here is what i ate today .

BRUNCH  soya milk and muller yoghurt shake with a banana  dinner baked chicken ,spicy rice and salad , i am pleased with today and have planned my menu for tomorrow  . I have just got to think at the moment at least im trying and if i have a blip one day then im not to get stressed over it , i have a long road ahead of me to recovery or getting half way to being  better than what i am and sustaining it  if i can loose the 14 pounds i put on since i stopped sw then i be happy anything after that is a bonus . I may not blog every night as my illness affects me  in mental fatigue and physically as well and other stuff too but im back here and willing to give it a go , everyone have a good rest of weekend will try and blog tommorow if i can  xx

A successful Green slimming world day DAY ONE

The start of my slimming world plan and we are off to a good start , before i get myself organised with what im doing today i get started with breakfast , porridge pancakes made in the sandwich toaster served with fruit and a vanilla yoghurt and off course a coffee .
Really did enjoy these this morning as i have not made them for a long time now and they really filled me up , daughter was going to town lunch time so decided to go with her and have a coffee and chat then go and pay a bill , whilst on my travels needed a rest and came across a knew cafe that had opened ,did not look exspensive either . I ordered a jacket potato with baked beans no butter and salad , Came out was this almighty jacket potato and beans i could only eat half  of it the coffee was nice too i shall be going there again . Popped into iceland as i needed to get a few things for the kids as its holidays fridge stuff mainly and some crisp ,it was hard standing there today with the cakes and chocolate but thought no im not buying them for kids or i will give in in to them  i am weak willed  , OH i forgot here is my jacket potato lol

I have not felt hungry at all today and just eaten my meals it just goes to show i8f you eat the proper healthy foods how they do keep you filled up than when your eating snacky or fatty foods that only keep you going a couple of hours . 
Tea tonight i made qourn bolognaise and a mixed salad and i have plenty left for another meal as no one likes qourn in my house , i might turn it into a chilli for tomorrow lunch .
Well everyone that was my green day today  i have not had my syns yet i might have a chocolate options in a while if i can keep this up i will be a happy person  im glad to be back on my journey gives me somthing to focus on  x

The journey begins again

Hi everyone , i am starting my slimming world journey again , after being pretty ill since july i decided to give it a rest as i was not well enough to carry on and worry about a diet ,i have had many trips to the hospital and loads of test and mri scans , just one more to go now and hope for some answers , i wont blog every night as i use to ,but when my body allows me too , i cannot exersicse anymore and since july i have managed to put on 14 pounds at first i was loosing weight but then they gave me these tablets and all i have been doing is eating im sure its the tablets well im sticking to it  lol .
So this 14 pounds has got to come of and i have got to eat more healthy than what i have been doing ,i do hope it does come off as i cant exersise and the weight came off last time was slow but it came off but i power walked as well .
Had a better day today so i managed to go to lidl and get some shopping in ready to start tommorow .
BACON MEDALLIONS , BABY TOMATOES , BEETROOT , SPINICH ,CELERY ,CUCUMBER , WHOLE TOMATOES .
BROCCLI AND CAULI , LEEKS ,APPLES ,GRAPES ,BANANAS 
roasted peppers in brine , tin potatoes , red cabbage , pickled onions , tin tuna in brine .
frozon strawberries and raspberries also some qourn peices . i have got bakebeans and pasta ,chickpeas ,cous cous ,,chicken ,lean mince  so i am already to give this ago ,i also have the challenge of trying to cook all the nice meals i use to do as my kids have to cook majority of the time as i have just have not got the energy to do it some night and cant stand at cooker {we have lived alot on convenient food and chippy}but when i cant do it i will sit and instruct, i dont want to put any more weight on and i am starting to feel it now that i have so here goes , Hope you will all enjoy reading my blogs and joining me on this journey  ,finding knew recipes and knew foods to try  x

MY HEALTHY EATING WEEK / WEIGH IN

its friday and the weekend is here although it will be a quite one for me just pottering about and resting as i have consultant next week and hope to get a final diognoisis , i have decided to stop going to slimming world at the moment until things are sorted out and i am going on the slimmingworld facebook groups i have been a member off for a while and i am weighing at home every tuesday morning .
Yes on tuesday i weighed  in the morning and the result i stayed the same i am quite happy with that at the moment as i have been eating healthy and had two take a ways in the week , i am also not doing any exercise as i cant and i use to walk everywhere so this result for now makes me feel  alright ,
So here is my week of healthy eating and 2 takeaway
Ginger scan bran cake fruit and fromaige frais a great breakfast and easy to make not much effort ,
I really fancied this meal tonight and it was quick to make and not many syns but not really counting them at moment  good old faggots ,mash and mushy peas , kids were out so a treat as they would not of eaten this at all ,i did really enjoy it .
This is the start of the chicken curry i was making decided to make a madras curry have not had one for along time really enjoyed making it  as well .
quite spicy but really nice  very filling as well.
Prawns in fromaige frais and some pepper with avacado trying to put some healthy oils into my body
Super speed soup in the slow cooker for my lunches added a touch of cilli in it this time to give it a kick .
Pasta and spinich pie really easy to make  just pasta n sauce cooked in water add 6 eggs and tub of cheese and onion cottage chesse , tomatoes and spinich and add some low fat cheese cook till set, if using cheese add to your healthy a box rest is free
Lunch a sub roll and space raiders , beetroot , tomatoes
chicken fajatia and cous cous really tasty not good presentation though  well thats my week of food and also some special chowmein from chinease could not eat all of it though ended in bin i use to eat loads on a takeaway  a big plateful infact only can eat a small amount now and im full  it just shows you .
I am not entirly sure if my blog should be about slimming world anymore and more about my healthy eating and  day  as im at a health blip at the moment till it gets all sorted , i am still cooking sw way  but am not bothering with syns at moment for snacks if i want one  . Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and a healthy one too i am going to hang on to that 22 pound loss and if i do loose this week its a bonus to me at the moment .

should i stay or should i go

Hi everyone , i have  not blogged for a long time as i have not been well and have been off sick from work and still waiting to see consultants to get final diognoisis . Even though i have not been following slimming world fully as i have  had other things to deal with i have been eating healthy as i can and eating small amounts as i have not felt like much to eat or have had no energy to cook from scratch , So this brings me to should i keep going to sw and will it do me good at moment or shall i ask consultant to go to target till  i have my illness sorted out , im not sure what to do , i weighed at home this week and i maintained so pleased with that so still my 22 pounds lost , i did manage to go out today and get some fruit so i can have scan bran cake and fruit but i am now paying for it as i have no energy whatsoever feels like i have not slept , i have some pics of my daughters birthday meal  we had at wild wood and really enjoyed it a nice evening .
the cake yes i must admit i did have one or two slices 
we went to costa first as it was a bit early for are meal so i enjoyed a soya lattee and kids pink lemonade .
i had a chicken and chilli pasta really nice and filling as well .
this is my daughters pizza and other daughters chicken and chips for afters we all had sticky toffee pudding . I dont really know how i stayed the same after all that food , well it was only one night i suppose and i have been good rest of week . these have been some of the food i have eaten in the week .

Ginger scan bran cake had half one day and other the next day as it does fill me up ate this for lunch with a banana .
pasta pie with spinich in it and tomatoes had some with baked beans .
Been having a few of these soya milk shakes made with soya milk , strawberries and some muller yoghurt and some fibre put in to fill me up as not always wanted lunch . 
i hope some of you can give me advice on what to do about sw wether i should keep at it or maintain for a bit any advice would be great , hope to get back to my blogging as i do enjoy it and it should help me keep my mind of things too xxxx

DOWN AT THE BEACH AND WEIGH IN AWARD

Hi everyone  its great to have the sun but it does drain you does,nt it , on monday i had finished work early and decided to have a trip to the beach with daughter yay i love the sea was really looking forward to it we got our exsplorer tickets and off we went it took a hour and 40 mins on the bus not bad really but i was glad to get off as it was so hot on there . 
As you can see it was quite being a monday we had a sun bathe on the beach for a bit then a walk we walked 4 miles altogether well so the post said it was nice with the a bit of wind blowing and yes of course we did have our 
And yes i got a large on and really enjoyed it walking along my daughter was good and had a ice lolly 
more veiws of the beach before we set back home  just over the road from the beach we came across this 
a great big park and the milertry river running through it  how great is that the beach and this in your town  as well  there were a few people on the boats as well 
Were going to come down again and walk along this as it goes on for miles will wear my pedometere for this , there is a path off of this called ladies walk thats how we got to beach it was only 5 mins to get there . we had a great day out really relaxing . for lunch i had a bread tasco filled with bacon and stilton and tea was bolognaise and pesto bread a small amount as was a bit chard at bottom this was at wild west 
TUESDAY MORNING WEIGH IN ;
Well its that time again and went to work finished early and got changed walked to weigh in and the result is a pound off not bad as i have now lost 22 pounds and i also got my club 10 award  
and my 1 1/2 stone award at last  i got it now to get the other 1/2 stone i and were nearly there  . its been a slow journey but at least its come off and i have only had 3 small gains along the way so not bad considering , i am eating healthy thats the main thing and the weight is coming off so its all good , Hope everyone enjoys the sun and has a great weekend and i hope to blog some more by then i am just about to have my lunch and chill out

A week in my sw life of eating

Hi to you all i have not been blogging much lately as you all know  and i am still waiting for more test results but i hope to find out next week so sorry who all follow me that i have not been blogging ,I am eating slimming world foods and trying to eat healthy as i can and still loose the weight as i have been struggling because of circumstances i have been eating sw food normally one day and lowering it the next day a bit like the alternative diet but i did not want to cut down to 500 cals a day so as i love slimming world  i eat these food eat till im full and  not bursting and next day just cut back a little , i think its working as instead of my hqalf pound losses or stay the same i lost one and a half pounds last week taking me to a 21 pound loss  so i am really happy with this . Here is what i have chosen to eat this week  i will put them up randomly but still slimming world meals .
Aldi benifit bars choc and orange i did have 2 of these on a b box and one was later at work
scan bran  with 40 g low fat cheese and ham and some sardine spread  some salad veg i must add  i paid for this the next day and while i was out good job m @s has a toilet  lol
pasta pie bakebeans and 2 slices of crusty bread  i think for lunch that day i made a milkshake
i made this with my almond milk allowence and a strawberry muller yoghurt  i had some fruit with this before going to work .
home made meatballs with lean mince and tomatoes basil garlic some tomato purree  i had loads of veg as you can see instead of pasta .
ginger scan bran cake with quark and vanilla essence i have this on my b box and have one half for brekkie and other at work when late shift
one half with banana
other with strawberries very filling if you eat this sometimes i cant eat much else if i have this just a small meal
this is my favourite meal if i have a green day  ,well thats my sw week and glad that i can share with you its weigh in day on tuesday so i hope a result , everyone is saying they can tell i have lost weight and look good how you done it its such a boost and if i can help any one one here to change there eating habits on my blog then thats a good thing  , i try to come up with different meals for you and try things out and hope to blog a bit more for you but we all have things happen and sometime it cant be helped . Tomorrow i have body magic down the beach a nice walk and sea air i hope to blog my pics if not to late when i get in and hope i can eat healthy when i get there as well ,I THINK A ICE CREAM IS ON THE CARDS DONT YOU BE RUDE NOT TOO have a great sunday everyone x

Shopping haul saturday

Hi everyone hope you are all ok and enjoying this wonderful sun ,sometimes i find it difficult to eat much in this hot weather ,but its nice to have salads and bbq this time of the year but you have to be careful of all the sauces and dressings that go with them . 
Had to do a top up shop yesterday and get the fruit and veg it was nice and cool in the shop and of course i was glad that in the supermarket they had a 
As you all know i love my costa coffee and it was such a joy after shopping oh the simple things .Here are some things i got on my shop yesterday .
cheese snack ajacks  my fav at the moment with low low cheese and some salad i find these quite filling  , warburtons wholemeal thins , pir piri chicken strips good for bbq or mixed in cous cous  , chicken veg fagita mix we all like this in rice with tomatoes and bits added in  ,the pasta n sauce is free made up with water and i make pasta pie with this a great lunch with salad or dinner with beans and sw chips ,the crumpets are weight watchers and i got them as low syns and i do like crumpets every now and then be a good treat .
extra lean mince  ,prob make a lasagne with this and turkey breast diced made a curry last night  , found vanilla quark im not to keen on the lemon one so will give this ago  , fromaige frais and some super shoots  these are so nice on a salad  have to really look for these in supermarket as not all sell them .

loads of fruit to keep going all week and bean mix from lidil it has kidney beans and whole baby sweetcorn and green beans  i find it good for bulking out the chilli  well thats my shop my cupboards are full and frezzer to i will have to do some photos need a sort out really as im sure i have 2 weeks or more food to last us and only need to get fruit next week , I  have a busy day to day and later going to feed the homeless i am just going to make the sandwiches now others take soup and fruit and crisp its so good of the volenteers to help out . hope everyone is having a good weekend and eating healthy and lots of salad and fruit and dont for get to hydrate  yourselves
