Hi everyone , hope everyone has had a great weekend and enjoyed the sun ,its so nice to have this great weather at last , after visiting doctor this morning i went to club to get weighed was not sure how it was going to go as weekend had a few naughties not much and i think the 4 mile walk helped .So i got on scales and i had lost 1 1/2 pounds ,really chuffed and i got my shiny sticker for loosing 1 1/2 stone ,At last i thought as it has been a bit slow . I have 12 pounds left to loose now to the target i set my self so its time to get motivated and get this last bit off and be a bit more stricter with my self . watch this space .
This is for me for my achievment so far and getting my first goal as i have never come this far before at slimming world i enjoy the plan and cooking , i know sometimes i can struggle with it but i think that is sometimes i want something quick when i get in as im tired and cant be bothered mode ,im only human after all .
Here are my goodies i have eaten today as i did have a treat today food wise
lunch was orso tofu butternut squash and some veg mixed in to it
Rockey road hi fi bar for my break i love these and i find them filling with a coffee
Dinner yes this was the treat a cheese scone with lurpack and some cheese on it and some left over rice from lunch , i have fancied a cheese scone for ages and they were on offer in m @ s on monday and i needed a treat so i thought why not i did enjoy it .
Well that was my weigh in day on my tuesday morning group so now i have to keep up the
and loose the 12 pounds if i can do 2 pounds a week then it will take 6 weeks thats the summer hols nearly yes i can do it .
On monday i stocked up on fruit and here it is to keep me going in the week dont know if it will last long though i have fruit faires in my house .
