Hi everyone its great to have the sun but it does drain you does,nt it , on monday i had finished work early and decided to have a trip to the beach with daughter yay i love the sea was really looking forward to it we got our exsplorer tickets and off we went it took a hour and 40 mins on the bus not bad really but i was glad to get off as it was so hot on there .
As you can see it was quite being a monday we had a sun bathe on the beach for a bit then a walk we walked 4 miles altogether well so the post said it was nice with the a bit of wind blowing and yes of course we did have our
And yes i got a large on and really enjoyed it walking along my daughter was good and had a ice lolly
more veiws of the beach before we set back home just over the road from the beach we came across this
a great big park and the milertry river running through it how great is that the beach and this in your town as well there were a few people on the boats as well
Were going to come down again and walk along this as it goes on for miles will wear my pedometere for this , there is a path off of this called ladies walk thats how we got to beach it was only 5 mins to get there . we had a great day out really relaxing . for lunch i had a bread tasco filled with bacon and stilton and tea was bolognaise and pesto bread a small amount as was a bit chard at bottom this was at wild west
TUESDAY MORNING WEIGH IN ;
Well its that time again and went to work finished early and got changed walked to weigh in and the result is a pound off not bad as i have now lost 22 pounds and i also got my club 10 award
and my 1 1/2 stone award at last i got it now to get the other 1/2 stone i and were nearly there . its been a slow journey but at least its come off and i have only had 3 small gains along the way so not bad considering , i am eating healthy thats the main thing and the weight is coming off so its all good , Hope everyone enjoys the sun and has a great weekend and i hope to blog some more by then i am just about to have my lunch and chill out

A week in my sw life of eating
Hi to you all i have not been blogging much lately as you all know and i am still waiting for more test results but i hope to find out next week so sorry who all follow me that i have not been blogging ,I am eating slimming world foods and trying to eat healthy as i can and still loose the weight as i have been struggling because of circumstances i have been eating sw food normally one day and lowering it the next day a bit like the alternative diet but i did not want to cut down to 500 cals a day so as i love slimming world i eat these food eat till im full and not bursting and next day just cut back a little , i think its working as instead of my hqalf pound losses or stay the same i lost one and a half pounds last week taking me to a 21 pound loss so i am really happy with this . Here is what i have chosen to eat this week i will put them up randomly but still slimming world meals .
Aldi benifit bars choc and orange i did have 2 of these on a b box and one was later at work
scan bran with 40 g low fat cheese and ham and some sardine spread some salad veg i must add i paid for this the next day and while i was out good job m @s has a toilet lol
pasta pie bakebeans and 2 slices of crusty bread i think for lunch that day i made a milkshake
i made this with my almond milk allowence and a strawberry muller yoghurt i had some fruit with this before going to work .
home made meatballs with lean mince and tomatoes basil garlic some tomato purree i had loads of veg as you can see instead of pasta .
ginger scan bran cake with quark and vanilla essence i have this on my b box and have one half for brekkie and other at work when late shift
one half with banana
other with strawberries very filling if you eat this sometimes i cant eat much else if i have this just a small meal
this is my favourite meal if i have a green day ,well thats my sw week and glad that i can share with you its weigh in day on tuesday so i hope a result , everyone is saying they can tell i have lost weight and look good how you done it its such a boost and if i can help any one one here to change there eating habits on my blog then thats a good thing , i try to come up with different meals for you and try things out and hope to blog a bit more for you but we all have things happen and sometime it cant be helped . Tomorrow i have body magic down the beach a nice walk and sea air i hope to blog my pics if not to late when i get in and hope i can eat healthy when i get there as well ,I THINK A ICE CREAM IS ON THE CARDS DONT YOU BE RUDE NOT TOO have a great sunday everyone x

Shopping haul saturday
Hi everyone hope you are all ok and enjoying this wonderful sun ,sometimes i find it difficult to eat much in this hot weather ,but its nice to have salads and bbq this time of the year but you have to be careful of all the sauces and dressings that go with them .
Had to do a top up shop yesterday and get the fruit and veg it was nice and cool in the shop and of course i was glad that in the supermarket they had a
As you all know i love my costa coffee and it was such a joy after shopping oh the simple things .Here are some things i got on my shop yesterday .
cheese snack ajacks my fav at the moment with low low cheese and some salad i find these quite filling , warburtons wholemeal thins , pir piri chicken strips good for bbq or mixed in cous cous , chicken veg fagita mix we all like this in rice with tomatoes and bits added in ,the pasta n sauce is free made up with water and i make pasta pie with this a great lunch with salad or dinner with beans and sw chips ,the crumpets are weight watchers and i got them as low syns and i do like crumpets every now and then be a good treat .
extra lean mince ,prob make a lasagne with this and turkey breast diced made a curry last night , found vanilla quark im not to keen on the lemon one so will give this ago , fromaige frais and some super shoots these are so nice on a salad have to really look for these in supermarket as not all sell them .
loads of fruit to keep going all week and bean mix from lidil it has kidney beans and whole baby sweetcorn and green beans i find it good for bulking out the chilli well thats my shop my cupboards are full and frezzer to i will have to do some photos need a sort out really as im sure i have 2 weeks or more food to last us and only need to get fruit next week , I have a busy day to day and later going to feed the homeless i am just going to make the sandwiches now others take soup and fruit and crisp its so good of the volenteers to help out . hope everyone is having a good weekend and eating healthy and lots of salad and fruit and dont for get to hydrate yourselves

WEIGH IN RESULT AND A SHINY AWARD
Hi everyone , hope everyone has had a great weekend and enjoyed the sun ,its so nice to have this great weather at last , after visiting doctor this morning i went to club to get weighed was not sure how it was going to go as weekend had a few naughties not much and i think the 4 mile walk helped .So i got on scales and i had lost 1 1/2 pounds ,really chuffed and i got my shiny sticker for loosing 1 1/2 stone ,At last i thought as it has been a bit slow . I have 12 pounds left to loose now to the target i set my self so its time to get motivated and get this last bit off and be a bit more stricter with my self . watch this space .
This is for me for my achievment so far and getting my first goal as i have never come this far before at slimming world i enjoy the plan and cooking , i know sometimes i can struggle with it but i think that is sometimes i want something quick when i get in as im tired and cant be bothered mode ,im only human after all .
Here are my goodies i have eaten today as i did have a treat today food wise
lunch was orso tofu butternut squash and some veg mixed in to it
Rockey road hi fi bar for my break i love these and i find them filling with a coffee
Dinner yes this was the treat a cheese scone with lurpack and some cheese on it and some left over rice from lunch , i have fancied a cheese scone for ages and they were on offer in m @ s on monday and i needed a treat so i thought why not i did enjoy it .
Well that was my weigh in day on my tuesday morning group so now i have to keep up the
and loose the 12 pounds if i can do 2 pounds a week then it will take 6 weeks thats the summer hols nearly yes i can do it .
On monday i stocked up on fruit and here it is to keep me going in the week dont know if it will last long though i have fruit faires in my house .
Hope everyone has a good week and shall blog at some point in the week as im on the late shift so sometimes difficult to write x

slowly but surely
Hi everyone ,i found this today and i think its so true to me .
i always want somthing to happen quick and not patient really but i am learning with my weight slowly but surely and not to rush as i will get there in the end if i rush and get frustrated its not coming off quick thats when i fail and yo yo diet put it on cause i get frustrated and then get fed up because i have gain and start a diet again a cycle i have done for years , and i am now getting into the mindset of eating healthy and lettiing it come of slowly and as long as im happy i ts ok .
As you all know i have not been to good this week and the medication has been making me really drowsy and i have not been fully on plan this week as i have not felt like eating much rather to being to drowsy to cook ,my friend brought me round a great slimming world chilli rice and salad the other day and i was truly grateful for her doing this as i would not of eaten otherwise as both kids were out , Most of week for lunch i have just had shakes and stuck to slimming world meals in the evening so i hope to get back on track after weekend and feel a bit brighter ,here are some of my healthy meals ive been eating this week .
i put some feta cheese into this with tomatoes ,peppers and cucumber and some olives i had a small bowl and think the kids finished it off , i thought this was really refreshing salad
pasta pie , good for you chips and coleslaw a last min dinner im afraid ,using up ingrediants
sweet omellete with banana and vanilla yoghurt a healthy sweet fix
tonights tea meatloaf topped with tomatoes and onion , new potatoes , beetroot ,toms and cucumber
FAT FLUSH WATER i manage to do 3 days of it i found the cucumber to overpowering and was making me feel sick ,i even took some of it out at least i gave it a good go and hope it did somthing , its prob just another fad thing but we do have to give these things ago dont we , i might just do a lemon water next time as that is suppose to be good for you , well i think i will finish here and hope everyone has had a good day and everyone is looking forward to the heatwave we are going to have the weekend i know i am and if feeling well enough i might just hit the seafront for a paddle and a walk

WEIGH IN DAY AND FEELING THE PAIN , FAT FLUSH
hello everyone , i have not blogged for a week nearly as i have not been feeling well at all and not really been on plan and not eating much , i have been on loads of painkillers and to top it all on thursday a friend at work hmmmm i say to that was showing me how to breathe to relax then said show your daughter to do this pressed down on my neck lifted my head up and since then i have been in so much pain my head was the worse felt like it was in a vice of course this was worring to i ended up in doctors and the osteopath clinic , he said the 2 bones above my dics had acute somthing another and pressing down on my disc causing inflamation and bruising and causing headpain , BY sunday i really did feel ill and thought i was going to pass out i ended up going to a /e they said it would take a week to get better and gave me co codomal and diasipan feel quite out of it but helped with pain , So all in all i have not had a good weekend will not ask for advise of anyone again well not that sort anyway i have had enough of being in pain
So being monday it was weigh in day and was not sure if i was going to go as got in from work and had my tablets and fell asleep so when i woke i decided to go and get weighed and come home , the result of weigh in i stayed the same im quite happy with that considering i have not been on plan due to being unwell , dont get me wrong i have not eaten badly just not eaten much .
Dinner tonight was really nice as i had not eaten allday only a banana to have with tablets and two coffees as i slept most of day ,was not my intention but tablets knocked me out ,
philidelphia chicken carrot and swede carrots peas cauli ,broccili and half a jacket potato loads of vegetables tonight
There has been alot of disscusion and people doing the fat flush water on the facebook group pages so i have decided to give it ago
someone lost five pounds drinking this as well as doing slimming world so will give it a try you drink it all day a few mugs when low top with water after 4 days change the fruit ;
its 1 cucumber ,1 grapefruit , 1 orange , should be tangerine but i could not find any it says orange ok few mint sprigs and 1 lemon 4 pints water . we will have to see how we get on with it , well thats my story for last week and weekend up to weigh in , i hope i can blog during the week depending on how i feel ,i must go now as tablets are starting to kick in and feeling a bit drowsey
